Camp Midlife Retreat – 2021.

A time for women to get together and experience more than just the fun of outdoor life; friendships, sisterhood, connecting with those you get to meet, reconnecting with those you know… participating in activities (and even KP duty!). We will be treated with special guest speakers, tapping into the magic of making smores over a campfire, playing games and competing in teams, enjoying laughter, stories, and making camping memories! Whether you were a Campfire Girl, Girl Scout, or have no prior experience–this is going to be a TREAT! Three meals a day, snacks, and of course, wine. Come prepared to experience an unforgettable event. Kumbaya moments included.

Rachel is a motivational speaker and the founder/CEO of SPARK Personal Growth Experiences. Best known for the SPARK Portland Summit, this PNW Conference draws in hundreds of women each year and has birthed experiences such as SPARK Masterminds, Retreats, Workshops, and the new SPARK Online Personal Growth School.

Besides running the SPARK community, Rachel co-hosts a podcast show entitled The Flawed Females and has made several guest appearances on a local news station; KATU News.

Rachel and I met at a women’s conference years ago in Chico, California, and it was friendship at first hug. Since then we’ve remained best friends and talk to each other daily. We are the others ‘person’ and do not let distance keep us apart (lots of trips to see one another). Rachel and I both continue to pursue our dreams while in different states.

This is why it is so important to get out and attend retreats, camps, meet-ups, because you never know if your best friend will be found there, like Rachel and I did.
